Students may lose their active status due to:
- ignoring semester registration
- passing the study time limit over (more than 7 years)
Status activation is possible through a process of interviews and documents verification by Department Head in response to the students’ application.
Status activation for students passing over the study time limit is in accordance with such terms:
- If students are in the period of composing undergraduate thesis, they are requested to hand in a letter informing the status of the composition and confirming the willingness of the consultant lecturer to keep giving consultation.
- If students have some course arrears, they are requested to also hand in detailed study plan of every extended semester until they graduate
